Managing your Account

Keeping your account information up to date ensures a secure and personalized experience with Replyso. You can easily manage your profile details from the dashboard.

Updating Your Profile

• Go to Settings and select the Profile tab.
• Update your full name and email address as needed.
• Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Organization Settings

• In the Organization tab, you can update your organization’s namespace, which is used for your knowledge base URL and support email address.
• You can also view and manage your knowledge base subdomain and support email settings here.

Security

• Make sure your email address is always current to receive important notifications and password reset instructions.

Tip: Regularly review your account and organization details to ensure everything is accurate and secure.
