Managing your Subscription

Replyso makes it easy to view, update, and manage your subscription directly from your dashboard. Here’s how you can stay in control of your plan and billing.

Viewing Your Current Plan

  • Go to Settings and select the Billing tab.
  • Here, you’ll see your current plan, included message limits, and your next billing date.
  • You can see how many messages you have remaining in the credits box in your dashboard.

Upgrading or Changing Plans

  • After clicking "Manage", you can select the plan that best fits your needs by clicking upgrade.
  • Upgrading unlocks advanced features like higher message limits, custom branding, and premium support.

Managing Billing Details

  • Use the Manage button to update your payment method, view invoices, or change your plan through the secure billing portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • If you need to cancel, click Cancel Subscription in the Billing tab.
  • You’ll retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing period, after which your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • The cancellation process is clear and transparent, with a summary of what features you’ll lose.
