Add Orb to your Wix site

This guide shows you how to add the Orb chat widget to your Wix website using Wix's Custom Code feature.

Installation Steps

Step 1: Copy your Orb widget code

From your Replyso dashboard, go to Agent → Chat Widget and copy your unique embed code.

Step 2: Add the code to your Wix site

1. Go to your Wix Dashboard (not the Editor)
2. Click Settings in the left sidebar
3. Scroll down to Advanced and click Custom Code
4. Click + Add Custom Code at the top right
5. Paste your Orb widget code in the text box
6. Give your code a name (e.g., "Orb Chat Widget")
7. Under "Add Code to Pages", select All pages (recommended)
8. Under "Place Code in", select Body - end
9. Click Apply

Step 3: Publish your site

After adding the code, publish your site for the changes to take effect.

Verifying Installation

Visit your published Wix site in a new browser tab. You should see the Orb chat bubble appear in the corner of your website.

Troubleshooting

• Ensure your site is published with a connected domain
• Verify your widget is set to "active" in your Replyso dashboard
• Check that you placed the code in "Body - end"
• Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page
