Agent Configuration & Deployment
Setting up your Replyso Agent (Orb) is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to configure and deploy your AI support assistant:
1. Access Agent Settings
- Go to your dashboard and select Agent from the menu.
- Here, you can manage your agent’s configuration, training data, and chat widget settings.
2. Customize Your Chat Widget
- Set your widget’s name, theme color, and welcome message to match your brand.
- Adjust visibility rules and add custom questions to gather information from users.
- Enable or disable the widget as needed.
3. Save and Deploy
- After making changes, click Save to update your agent’s settings.
- Copy the provided embed code or token from the Agent page.
- Paste the code into your website or app to activate the Orb chat widget for your customers.
4. Monitor and Update
- Review your agent’s performance and update settings as your business needs evolve.
- Use the dashboard to view training messages, rules, and chat history for ongoing optimization.
